Senior Counsel

Maura is Senior Counsel with Technology Practice Group and has over thirteen years’ experience in intellectual property and technology matters. Maura received her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law with honors in 2002. Maura’s experience includes representation of clients in various technology and other complex commercial transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, financial, retail, healthcare and public sectors. Maura is designated CIPP/US by and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Maura’s commercial experience includes project management, marketing and communications work at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter between 1993 and 1998.
